Odd Japanese dance number, presumably aimed at kids. The singer is a peppy guy in a pink dress surrounded by pairs of nurses, policemen, firemen, office workers, small children, people in animal suits, and an inexplicable cameo by the Godfather of Soul his own bad self: James Brown. There are a number of other appearances by people saying "Oha." Presumably these are Japanese celebrities.
